Broken Hearts and Shattered Hopes

Originally wanted to finish this piece before 24th of December... it was supposed to be X-mas present, but... got delayed as with everything I do School hit me hard and without mercy, so here it is. In WIP you can see a lot of changes this picture came through before arrival to the final state. Even the christmas tree disappeared

I mostly enjoyed this piece because I learned a lot about blending modes. All the umbrum was basically painted using overlay, multiply and screen blending modes, which I don't usually tend to do. I also like to think I learned better way of painting hair, not the spaghetti style anymore

The picture is supposed to be a main serie comics reference - last four issues so far - The Siege of the Crystal Empire. 

I'll be more than happy if you guys write any kind of critique, cause I want to improve, but can't do so without feedback. I can't request it, so feel free to post it in comments I know I overdid the saturation, so you can skip that one
